Enjoy the Model Village with some seasonal miniature scenes and sparkling illuminations.
As you explore the beautiful gardens and our creative model scenes, see if you can spot the mini Santa figures. Find your way through the crazy Christmas maze and don’t miss the magical 3D Toy Workshop film in our 4D theatre. Santa stars in our mini-panto on Dec 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 23rd & 24th.

The Christmas Experience –
* Enjoy a visit to the Model Village with some miniature Christmas scenes

CHRISTMAS WONDERLAND ILLUMINATIONS 
From 3.00pm to 5.30pm – The highlight of our Christmas event – experience our famous enchanting illuminations with thousands of extra lights for Christmas, sparkling and twinkling around the gardens, creating a magical Christmas Wonderland.
Optimum viewing time is around dusk 4.00-5.00pm. Note that latest entry is 4.30pm
MINI-PANTO & SANTA
Aftrernoons December 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 23rd & 24th –
Join in the fun with our 15-minute outrageous mini Panto. Santa makes his ‘surprise’ appearance at the end to bring a joyful finale
Regular shows between 1.00pm to 5.00pm – you will need to arrive before 4.30pm to catch the last show

Advance bookings are not taken – simply come along on the day suitable for you.
How long to allow? – We recommend you allow at least 1.5 hours. Latest entry is at 4.30pm, we close at 5.45pm. To allow plenty of time we would recommend arriving no later than 4.00pm.
Visiting Santa – Santa is not in a grotto but part of the Panto. The Panto lasts about 15 minutes and Santa will bring a joyful end to the show, children will receive a present. Regular shows Dec 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 23rd & 24th, from 1.00pm with very latest entry by 4.30pm.
Refreshments & Light Lunches Our tearoom will be serving light lunches 12.00-3.30 (such as sandwiches, paninis, jackets, pizza slices) along with a selection of cakes, snacks, hot & cold drinks. Tearoom open from 11.00am to 4.45pm
Christmas illuminations – these are the main feature of our Christmas event, allow time to stay until dark to see the lights at their best. The optimum viewing time is around dusk 4.00pm to 5.00pm.
Experience by daylight and after dark, by arriving around 2.30-3.00 and allowing about 2 hours for your visit, or visit twice using our free return, details below –
Free Return– During your first visit, you can get a photo-pass from the gift shop which will enable everyone in the photo to return once, free of charge, within 7 days (for example, if you get it on a Saturday it will be valid up to, and including, the following Saturday). Ask for details onsite or see under FAQs for more details. Important: Strictly no free return without the photo-pass. The free return does not include a gift from Santa

Regular 2019 season admission prices apply.
Adult: £12.50, Senior (over 65s): £11.50, Child (3 to 14 yrs) £10.50
4 or more discount: If 4 or more people paying then it’s 75p off per person (not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or vouchers and must be paid in one transaction)
Includes a free present for Children with the Panto & Santa (special days) – present is suitable for children up to about 10/11 years.
Children under 3 – no admission charge but £2.50 for a present
4D Theatre – no extra charge for our Christmas film
