We are the UK’s largest model village, set in 4 acres of beautiful award-winning gardens with hundreds of unique hand-crafted models and scenes to enjoy, along with indoor attractions too – miniature in scale but a big experience FOR ALL AGES awaits you! ALLOW AT LEAST 2-3 HOURS – Babbacombe Model Village spreads out into a beautiful valley and is much bigger than many visitors anticipate. Allow time to take in the incredible attention to detail with lot’s of ‘hidden’ details, puns, humour and animated scenes at time intervals. Take a slower pace and/or go around twice, it will greatly enhance your experience. Our customer feedback for time spent on site in % of visitors: 1 to 1.5 hours = 7%, 1.5 to 2 hours = 28%, 2 to 2.5 hours = 30%, 2.5 to 3 hours = 20%, 3+ hours = 15%.

‘ONE FREE RETURN VISIT WITHIN 7 DAYS’ FOR THE SAME PEOPLE! Ask on arrival for a special voucher and keep your admission receipt safe. When returning, you will need to show these and your original payment method (your card or the last 4 digits of your phone’s digital card number), as one proof it is the same people returning. Everyone needs to return at the same time and the person who paid must be present. You can use this to return same day or within 7 days. You could use this as a rainy-day backup if it turns too wet or to visit ‘day & night’ during illuminations dates. Conditions apply – please be sure to read the voucher.

CLOSING TIMES
The park will close earlier if everyone has completed their visit. Last round of golf will be 30 mins after last entry. The village is 4 acres and much bigger than most people anticipate, You need to allow at least 1.5 to 2 hours (The typical visit length is 2-3 hours). Strictly no admission after last entry time as the park will slowly start to close behind the last visitors.
