You need to ask on arrival and show proof of permanent TQ, EX or PL address (i.e utility bill, driving license etc.), everyone in your group/family will get the discount. Valid against full Adult/Child gate prices only.  NOT VALID in conjunction with any other discounts and offers.

BOOKING NOT REQUIRED – Purchase your tickets on arrival at the gate. As long as you arrive before last entry you will be able to get in!

IMPORTANT: To avoid confusing the majority of our visitors who will not be eligable, our admissions staff do not mention this offer. This is a website only promoted discount – You must ask for this offer as soon as you arrive. This cannot be applied after ticket purchase.

You will be able to make use of our ‘One free return visit within 7 days’ so you can visit day & evening for illuminations on special dates.  Ask for the voucher at the ticket desk on arrival.

On your next visit, ask on arrival for  a loyalty card.  Pay for 3 visits per person and get a 4th visit free within 12 months.

IMPORTANT – YOU NEED TO ALSO ASK FOR THIS. To avoid slowing down the admissions and ticketing process our staff do not mention/offer this, it’s on request only, so please ask when you request locals discount on your first visit and present the card on all visits. Visit stamps cannot be back-dated.

T&Cs:  Pay for 3 visits per person, and get a 4th visit FREE.  All 4 visits must be completed within 12 months of the issue date.  Loyalty card is per named person and is not transferable or replaceable.  We do not keep records, if the card is lost, all benefits are lost. Visit stamps cannot be back dated if your forget to ask. You can use our ‘One free return within 7 days’ but these do not count as one of the three visits, stamps are only given on paying visits not on any complimentary visits.
